I live in England ! Which pretty much says it all and we tend to brave it and go out yet in whatever clothes we put on in the morning be it skimpy or furry. :)

I live in Upper Michigan. We have winter here about six months out of the year. It is not uncommon to pass as many as thirty days without seeing the sun. We average about 300 inches of snow here per season. I love to go snowshoeing when I can; I spend a lot of time either throwing snow with the snowblower, or shoveling. I work part-time, and I find things to do to keep busy. In the summer time, we have hot days that can be in the upper 90s. I can't function well on those days. I do a lot of gardening, and I take the family canoeing alot (there's a bunch of photos in my photo album of things we do here).

I live in Holland and it is way too cold for me here - I am originally from the Southern U.S. I don't handle the cold well at all, so from October to April you will find me inside reading, watching movies, writing, trying out new recipes - or hiding under the covers! I can't wait to move back to a warm climate. Talk about California Dreamin'...
