    Meditate for sure.
    Mental exercises... trying to imagine shapes, colours, pictures etc as realistically as possible in my mind's eye....etc
    Chakra work etc.. well where else would you have to go but internal?

    Find something to cut myself with, and write poems on the wall with my blood..... (people have actually done this, i've heard)

    I'd try to find something to write with, and write/draw. I'd also probably sing a lot, and push ups/sit ups/etc when I felt restless.

    Make things clothes, candles, soap etc plenty of home crafts to keep you busy.

    Good idea, but no craft supplies. You have a bedsheet though, so you might be able to entertain yourself :)
