Defend them if I can. If I can't, find someone who can.

That's a slippery slope, I usually try n mind my own business however there are exceptions to the rule.

Probably call 911 if physical and ignore it if it was verbal, unless it is a kid.

In a public verbal attack, I would step in. But in a case of a beating I'd pull out my cell and call 911.
But it's often, I tried to step in during an office disagreement to have the victim yell at me telling me to "Stay the H out as it's none of your concern!"
"Fine!" I say. "Let your body be found in the parking lot. And if you want your discussions private take this outside. I don't want it on my shoulders I contributed, by NOT stopping this!"
Unfortunately they both GLARE at me as if I'm insane.
I've also witnessed a supervisor belittling an employee in public.

Try my best to help but it depends what's happening to decide what action I would take...
If I saw a man hit a women then I would be in whole lotta trouble myself.
If it was a child bullying another child then of course you can't go and kick the **** of them.
If it was a women on a man...again You would have to be careful.

No idea--I hope I'd have to courage to intervene. I once saw a young couple in a parking lot and it looked like the guy might start beating on her. So I got myself all prepared to go and get myself beat up trying to intervene, but they calmed down before anything actually happened, so I'll never know if I'd have had the courage to go put myself in the way.

I bet you would of, if you were preparing yourself already to intervene. I think you would've followed through if it had escalated

I like to think so, but I've never actually been put to that test.
