no,it just makes me feel like a liar..
it can help but the even better thing is to realize that any given task is done in a specific time period and if you give your best and do everything possible to accomplish the goal....thats all ANYONE can really ever do....its not ALWAYS about perfection....its MOST of the time about doing your best and giving 100%
