I have a 3 year old daughter.I thought it was ment to be.for the past two months we have been texting either every day or every other day,why would he change the subject?was it unintentional, freaked out,or was he trying to let me know hes not that in to me. the last time we texted I didnt write him back for 4 or 5 days,I wanted to see if he would write me a second timeI didn't wan't him to think I really wasn't interested so thats why I wrote that.

I think it's hard to have long distance relationships for starters....
and also... and this is a biggie... when you read a text you create what YOU think the tone is. They are so hard to define.. you know what I mean? I could get a text that said, "I guess if you want too" and I could take it as... "oh ya okay I guess if you want..ya whatever... we always do what you want"... or I could take it as... "ya okay.. sounds good whatever you want to do sounds good with me!"

It's really hard to know what he meant or what was in his head... he could have been trying to come up with a cute way to say hi.. have a sense of humor and tease you about your new diet. I don't know. Just be careful in reading them...
I will also say, why not talk to hear each others voice? I understand you won't do that all the time but why not once in a while?
And I will end with this.. communication is of major importance in a relationship!! You need to talk and share your thoughts, feelings concerns!! When you actually talk to him on the phone, ask him how he feel and where he see the two of you. The more you talk the more you will know where you two are at and where you are heading. You can't do it with just a few texts a day...use the phone and hear his voice.
good luck :)

How sure are you that he got it?

If you are sure he did, and didnt reply I would certainly take things as they come.

Call him, and say something like "Cant wait to see you" and see what he says. He may have just been put off by you and him texting less frequently.

Does he still speak to you the same way he did when you were together, or were you like friends with benefits?

I hate to say this but if you were not dating, and he just thought of you as a friend he could have sex with, you may have scared him by hinting you are so crazy for him.
I couldnt imagine someone I wasnt even dating planning this whole lifetime with me.
