10 years back I was in a really bad depression that ended with me planning a suicide (that I didn't get the chance to do, thank god) so I would say to myself;
Hang in there! Even if it feels really bad now and that killing yourself is the only way out and it feels like you never ever ever will be happy again I promise you things Will get better and you will be able to get through this and come out stronger on the other side, just don't give up.
