    I have heard that people will sleep walk & do strange, unusual things while taking it. There was a man a few years ago that claimed, while on Ambien, he murdered his mother-in-law & went right back to bed..(claims no memory of it)..Also, there's a term coined by Tiger Woods during his sex scandal that he would call up women for so called "Ambien Sex"..but I don't know @ nightmares, just be careful because apparently some people have odd side effects.

    I heard that story too about the guy murdering. I have only gotten up, and ate food while takin it, and I didnt remember doing it. Ive been using it for 2 years now. Thanks for your answer!

    Your welcome, that is another thing I saw on 20/20 or something like that...people getting up & eating while asleep. Apparently they wake up with food crumbs al over them & have no memory of eating. Weird, huh?
