I'd have someone's eye.
Firstly, I'm intrigued as to how much this other person would be seeing me eat their eye. Is it cut off and then presented to me, or am I left to my own devices? I guess I'd spoon it out, leave the nerve attached for as long as possible (watching your own eye go into someone's mouth before being consumed must be a great story to tell) and just go for it. The appealing thing with the eye is that it's just a mouthful. I'd mush it up with a few bites and try and swallow it quickly.
I imagine the eye's owner is just frowning at me with their other good eye.
The hand option puts me off 'cause it seems so sustained. You'd need to chop it off, deal with the nails, hair, bone etc. As far as I'm aware there's no meat on hand is there? No muscle? Doesn't sound appealing. Cooking with a bleeding lump doesn't do it for me either. It'd have to be the eye.Like (1)
