Quinoa: the South American seed that is protein rich (contains all the amino acids needed too), with sufficient calories, low fat, no chlorestrol or salt! Just a little season, or I could probably do without season! Fairly non-perishable, easy and quick to make and one of the most healthiest sustaining food items available.
