    Alaska; I think that if (Not that I want to) we made Alaska a netrual territory, it would help relations, with Russia and any other country that could use it as a trade route.

    I vote for New Mexico; i lived there unfortunatley for 10 years; i think it's a state ONLY because it allows us to test weapons. Southern New Mexico has less geographic appeal than Mars.
