If your a bff is it implied that they get your first choice always with who you hang out with?

in other words if you decide to hang out with someone over them in a situation, or take a break, should that be ok with everyone?

You have no obligation to hang out with any specific people, even if it's your BFF. You have the freedom to choose who you want to hang out with, and if you want to spend time with someone other than your BFF, there's nothing wrong with it. If everyone really cares about you, they will be understanding and they'll hang with you another time. If they make a fuss, then they're selfish and don't really care about you as much as you think!
