Usually, if we're joking around, we're all laughing anyway. But sometimes one of us can tell one so bad that we all stop laughing and stare - for about two seconds - then start laughing even harder. :)

If they're only an acquaintance, I laugh so that we don't have an awkward moment, unless it's hurtful in some way, then I don't mind pointing it out..But if it's someone that I know very well, I usually do my trademark fake laugh and then look at them like, "Really?" and move on. :P In all cases, I prefer keeping the mood light and fun if possible:)

well, honestly I wouldn,t flatter him into thinking that his joke was funny, I would simply say "you made me get the giggles" with a sarcastic look in the eye, it could make us both laugh eventually !

Absolutely laugh at them! Then bust on them the next week about it, in which we both laugh a lot, then its typically my turn to say something stupid or lame, start all over. Laughter, being able to laugh at oneself, and being able to laugh at another in a caring way keeps you humble and keeps a real relationship going!
