If you're(guy) not Outgoing and don't ever make First moves, will no girl ever make First move to approach/talk to me?
I'm quiet and not relationship experience, have no clue how to ever get a gf or how to be romantic etc. Am in my 30s and i've never had a GF nor a date.
I never start talking to girls. I talk to them if they talk to me but I dont' know how to ttalk well and i have disability so i can't think fast and i just say tiny bit of little one word phrases.
All the advices from dating books etc that say how to talk to girls don't work with me cause i get stuck and can't think .
So yea, most likely girls will never TALK TO ME AND APPROACH TO ME themselvess? If i (the guy) don't do it, then they will never do it? Sometimes i hear that some girls do it, but in all mylife not one girl has ever approaoched me and start talking to me. It's just grandmas that do that.

i know plenty of people who had the same problem but teenagers (i am 18, understand more than i seem to for my age) just be you and try finding girls who share the same interests. try posting things you like to do and things that intrest you, maybe some one will stroll down to them and mention they like the same things too. :)

What kind of disability do you have?
Is it a speech impediment or something more serious?
