lol funny you should asck that by law you are smart or comptent till poroven other wise so it is not a why not it is a you are and if the court finds you incompents to take care or your self your property they will wether you like it or not apoint a guardian for you and in the eyes of the law your knowen as the ward as in a ward of the court lol you know how it works is the judge may grant a full or limted guardianship of person property or boeth and it can be one serving as both needs a ward under full guardianship give up the right of self determahion as in dam near all your rights like such as were to live who your heath care or dental care person is consent to treatment you lose the right to rfuse treatment in some states as well lets see you lose well dam near any thing you deside in a dayly life cos if your under a full guardianship your not making any of the call no more yes the guardian should take the wards wishes in to making thare desishion but in the end what the guardian ses go less the court ses other wise in a limtied guardianship the judge only give serton powers or rights to the guardian and the ward keeps the rest in other werds you do not want to be a ward of the court under full guardianship lol cos it be like being a kid mom and dad make all your deshions for you in this case your guardian dose but same thing lol but becos guardianship is removing rights of the ward to be abel to get guardianship over some one that dose not want a guardian apointed for them you have to prove with clear and convinsing evdeces that they are incomptent to care for them selfs and are in need of a guardian so in the laws eyes you are intelljent till proven dumm lol in otherwords be ware ******* off the tribunal for you may one day find your self in thare care as thare ward lol
