I'm soooooooooo frikin tired!!!!
1am then i woke up 4am... aaarrrggghhh!... i need some rest!....
If I drink alcohol, then whenever. If I do not drink, then I stay awake for days at a time.
about midnight, I used to have problems sleeping but I'm getting better :)
It used to be like 2:30 when I was bad
well i find the best sleep i get is 11pm - 5 am. all other times i end up sleeping way too long. like today it's 6 am - 2pm.
other days was pretty bad 2 am - mid day.. 10 hours is too long.
