If you are inclined to be fat, as am I, realize that losing weight and keeping it off requires a lifetime commitment and constant vigilance. It's not something that can be done quickly.
Low carb works for me. Not being able to drink beer is the hardest part, and I'm guessing you don't drink much of that.
Damn, I don't think losing all that is possible. Something like that... that kind of rigorous weight loss schedule... it's best you talk to your doctor about that.
