Pretty normal. Lots of girls feel that way. Especially the need to love and be loved. But taking on parenthood is not a good way to handle it.
Please do yourself a favor and do not rush into anything.

Its not weird, most girls do have maternal instinct thats why they make baby dolls for little girls. but you will only make your life a lot harder if you have one right now. wait until you are through with school and financially stable.

It's not weird. It's natural, actually. However, having one right now is a huge mistake. You already know that, though. What you might not be taking into account is the fact that your baby doesn't have to love you. And it won't be able to communicate any love for you for quite a while. Even then, children don't always show love. Sometimes they show hate and apathy. You can't expect a child to make you love yourself.

What's more, when you become a parent, in some ways, you cease to exist. Your needs come secondary. It doesn't matter if you're hungry, tired, sick, broke, cold, lonely, depressed, busy, overwhelmed, etc. None of it matters because baby still needs fed, changed, bathed, entertained; laundry needs done on a daily basis; dishes (bottles, baby toys, pacifiers, etc.) need done several times a day; doctor appointments and vaccinations are almost monthly the first year and a half; babies get sick all the time while building an immune system. Now try to imagine, in all that (and I left out LOTS), having time for school work, friends, dating, a job, etc. On paper you could figure it all out to look reasonable. But I assure you, in practice, it's almost more than a 35 year old can handle, much less a 15 year old.

Enjoy life now and be selfish. Later, you can live for someone else.

Well, you're 15, so too young to work, technically. But when you're 16, maybe look around and see if you can get some hours after school at a daycare. Also, you can babysit now for someone you know. The great thing about that is you can be the kids' best friend, have all the fun, and leave the real work to their parents! Join clubs at school or maybe even find other activities like karate or gymnastics to spend your time on. They both are great for you physically, as well as emotionally.

It is not weird but you might want to think twice before wanting a baby this young. You are still growing up yet and it is not good for you nor the baby if you decide to get pregnant. Save that for a few years down the road when you are more grown up.
