Past FEW MONTHS?! I'm guessing you mean it has been recurring. The first time I got one it spread to my kidney and I nearly died. Seriously. You need to be careful it doesn't spread. Cranberry juice or tablets always do the trick if you catch it early; otherwise you may have to take antibiotics which should always be avoided if possible. People are way too lax with antibiotics. Definitely take cranberry in some form. Yes the infection will make you feel less than 100% because your body has to fight it, which takes energy etc

You need to ask a doctor that...it makes me worried that it might have gotten into your kidneys or there's something else physical going on.

I'd say that if you went a few months without detecting your UTI, it's because you are too busy and have not learned yet, how to listen to your body. My advice, Learn while you are young to liten carefully to what "YOU" need and don't let yourself get so caught up taking care of everyone around you and neglecting yourself. For the UTI, make a cup of hot water with 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar and 2 Tablespoons of honey. Drink that 3 times a day. Wash your v-area with a mixture of vinegar and water, This will cut the infection from the inside and the out. About 3 days with this all natural treatment and Bye Bye UTI

For sure. Infections tend to really mess with you if you don't get them tended to.

It doesn't always have to hurt... I haven't been hurting at all for the past few months, the only symptom I had was frequent urination roughly 15x a day.

Drink a couple gallons of cranberry juice (not cocktail) and get back on your feet

I would think so, your body is fighting off the infection.
