You should LOVE yourself enough to feed yourself well and make your own self happy. If you allow people to dictate to you THEIR standard of beauty, you will live a sad life. NO don't starve yourself, ever.
please don't starve yourself. it will ruin your health and life for many years to come..
If you starve yourself, you will feel just as bad (or probably worse) at that new weight. Your weight is really not that bad anyways.
No, don't do it. Instead start looking at your daily habit's, what food do you eat, and how often and how much. then also look at how much exercise you do, that's not just going to the gym, if you spend a lot of time sat in front of the TV, then your not burning up calories, simply storing them. Find something active that you enjoy doing, it could be walking, running, sport or somthing else that stops you from doing nothing for long periods of time.
You also need to get into good eating habit's, look into the right times to eat during the day, keep yourself well hydrated, and eat after activity not before if you can. Learn how to train your body how to burn stored calories first.
It's not a drastic change that will change you for what you may want, but a gradual transition to a better, healthier life style. good luck.
no just cut down on the junk food, crisps cakes fizzy drinks etc, you will be fine...
Of course not. I think you know this but you want to be convinced why it's a bad idea.
- Starving yourself will make you gain MORE weight when you start eating - your body thinks it needs to store the food.
- The idea of staying thin is to be healthy, starving yourself will make you very unhealthy and cause other major issues, possibly long term.
- You have no idea what your body will look like in two years, let alone ten. 13 means you're just going to start changing lots and lots. Some of the most beautiful women in the world talk about how much they hated how they looked at your age.
- Get outside and exercise. Eat healthy snacks and meals. Don't sit around and snack on junk food. Try to avoid stuff from a box. Do that, and you'll be fine. :)
No. Stay healthy. Ignore magazines with stupid models who take pills so they can look like concentration camp waifs.
Starving yourself will not help you lose weight. Go Check out the book Master Your Metabolism, by Gillian Michaels.
No. You will get sick and then you can have complications.
I weighed 130 when I was 13. Everyone has baby fat until they turn eighteen. If you need to feel like you're healthy then exercise, but if you starve yourself your body will cling to any food you eat and store it ALL as fat. Which is hard to get rid of. Not worth it.
No need, really. Things change, and food-deprivation is not the way to do it. Just wait and see what happens and what else you can do.
Uh no youre 1 still growing B.how tall are you, weight isnt the only par of the equation and last **** society looks are not all that count.
I am 13 and the exact same weight but I'm healthier than my anorexic looking friend with a top roman only diet and my advise for you is be happy that you can eat and not care if your healthy you will eventually lose it one time or another
