Ive put on 40kgs in a year I need help.. I eat when im not hungry and I can't stop..so I weighed in at 59kgs this time last year now im 100kg.. can any give me tips on how to stop it

Same but my problem is that no matter how much I eat I can't gain weight

I wish that was me! I use to be so fit and healthy only a short time ago and now I feel like I need to go on the biggest loser its ridiculous

Try to eat food with less sugar and fat. Start to exercise minimal 30 minutes a day 3 for 4 times a week. Drink a lot water, and try to be happy

Really moron? I know this loser its just my mind isnt in the right mental stage and i have nothing to look good for anymore I can lose it all in a period of 5 months if I wanted..but I physically and emotionally cant right now.. so please go share your wisdom somewhere else Einstein

to give you tips, one must know what is causing this overeating.. there is usually a psychological component to an eating disorder.. counseling or therapy with a professional may help. also working with a nutritionist to monitor your eating and come up with a healthy meal plan..

Self discipline and will power does not come easy but it isn't impossible either. You have to believe you can, that's the first step. Train your mind to be in control. Your body responds to what you decide to do. It's a simple equation: Burn more calories than you bring in. Drink lots of water so you feel more full off of less food.

I was once given the acronym H-A-L-T. Ask yourself, are you Hungry, Angry, Lonely, or Tense?? (All those can be reasons for eating. Address the real need.) Good luck.
