I'm being bullied at work?

None of the places that protect workers can help me. I have her on tape and they say that's not good enough. I've done everything and yes, I've looked for other jobs. I want her GONE. Any ideas?

Keep a log of what she asks you to do. also record how you feel when she does things that u regard as bullying. also record how she deals with other people because is it just u or do others suffer? If none of the above work sow tuna fish into the hems of her curtains

Your work really can't do anything? Even verbally has some standing. My coworker filed a complaint against another because she said she was being verbally abused, they didnt get fired, but she said it calmed down. Either way, don't take that harassment, tell her off or slap her or something. God I hate bullies so much.

I don't understand. If you have bullying on tape surely it would be legally possible to have her removed or disciplined?
