Start by telling them, not us. "I am sorry I am being a b*tch about this, but please understand...." would be a good start
I've been on the receiving end of this. Eventually (after I am really confused and feeling like a persecuted martyr for a while) I hear, " I'm sorry. It wasn't really you I was angry at. I was upset about blah-blah and I was taking it out on you."<br />
Then we can talk.
*hugs* (which is also probably what you will get if you fess up and apologize!)
Don't sweat the small stuff. Drop it and forge ahead. Crying is good. Release the frustration and move on. Today is a brand new day - a fresh start.
Something silly ha?
We all do that at times.. I know how it feels afterwards
