    It's simple. Chop up two raw potatoes. Peel or don't peel , doesn't matter. Bring water to a boil. Put potato bits in boiling water. Let partially cook. Drain water. Turn on a pan, and put a teaspoon of oil in. Add mustard seeds, and wait for them to pop. Put the potatoes in, and gently stir them. If you like it spicy, add chili powder, asofadeita (hing), and salt to taste. if you like it mild, pass on the chili powder. Cook until golden brown/ seems fully cooked. Best served with cooked white rice mixed with buttermilk.

    Pasta??

    The ingredients are:Tomato paste 2 packets.
    Creamy milk two packets.
    Pasta shells or curls two bags.
    White pepper+black spicy pepper.
    Corn Two cans.
    mushrooms two cans.
    carrots two handfuls chopped into rounds.
    white cauliflower chopped handful .
    green pies handful.

    Cook the pasta shells then put them aside.
    Put some oil in a big saucepan and add the chopped onions until the get golden light then add the chopped carrots+green pies+chopped Cauliflowers+Corn+mushrooms.

    Let them get cooked for five minute then add the creamy milk both packages+tomato juice also both packages and mix them together add the salt+black pepper+white pepper and leave them for two minutes on fire.

    After two minutes remove them from the fire.Put the pasta shells in a Metal or aluminium backing dish big-sized.Pour "The cooked creamy vegetables" over the boiled pasta in the backing dish and mix all together. Then heat them in the oven for three minutes and add any kind of grated cheese on top of the vegetable pasta and keep in the oven to make the cheese melt.
