Try to sleep. Everything looks worse when you are tired
I get the same way. What I found helps the most for depression is a joint in the morning. Then another in the evening. If you want a natural non-traditional remedy. If that's not your thing try taking St. John's Wort 3x's a day. They use it in Germany to fight depression. Also get outside and experience some nature!
hmmm...i go through that too sometimes, im gonna have to try the john worts, everyone has been talking about it.
I had to go get on another med to feel motivated to even move.
Sometimes you just have to spice things up too. Take up a fun hobby, find a friend to do something with.
Just write about how you feel and how frustrating it is.
I know when I feel my worst I write the best poems.
for some immediate relief, go for a walk or eat something really healthy that you like even if you have to go out for it. raw vegetables are good. i think you need more self-love when youre feeling this way.
take baby steps
First take control of the things you can control, and DUMP negativity. It's as easy as turning off the evening news and dropping your newspaper subsc<x>ription if you get one.
Stop allowing friends and family to speak extensively about negative matters. And stop being consumed by the negative attitudes around you.
Learn to say NO. Do not spread yourself thin, do not say yes I will help everyone all the time. Pick and Choose.
Remind yourself from time to time that "yes this is ALL about me" be selfish from time to time and have quality "me" time. This does a body good. To hades with what others may say you need your time to re-discover yourself. Do things only for yourself, and look at these as your escape.
SECONDLY, remind yourself regularly of your good points and see every accomplishment no matter how small as a good thing no more like a Great thing.
Sleep and healthy eating is key too.
Awww. Bless you.
I feel like this sometimes, but what gets me going is thinking if giving up is really worth it when you have worked so hard to get where you are already? You are better that!
If it is something you are working towards and want really bad, just say to yourself "I can do it".
Listen to some songs that make you feel 'tough', smile to yourself, sing them and tap your feet if you must!!
Don't be defeated, have faith in yourself!
And remember: "Good things come to he who believes" .... believe in yourself!
thats depresion . and i say dont get a hoby get a fetish , in a way it will help you understand your self and might find some one els who understands you and no i am not saying screw animals in public . more like rubber gloves are a start for most latex fans or diapers for those i had a better childhood than the life they have now . in ym case fate worked out for me in that way ,forced to do something i wanted to do but was afraid . thsoe gusy in there 30-50s that ride bikes go threw the same thing they have the fear , for them its age or death for most of us its being alone but you cant brake free if you dont understand your self and how you feel . so in time this not knowing over comes us with new emotions that can harm us . so plz plz try to find your self and you have to back track your life to the point of pain and turn it into joy or in my case i turned to giving my self time to act like a child to feel the way i once did and i am so much more happy being "my self" remember when life gives you lemons tell life to take those damned lemons and shove them up its ars and ask its self if this is what you wanted? but realy dont let your emotions die you realy need them all of them even the bad ones but life and the world wants you to be some one els F&*^** them! be who you feel you should be , unless thats a killer dont do that .
but yeah medical problems brought me to like diapers and being a kid again but i dont feel sad any more even with the loss of control .
I would embrace those feelings. I attempt to experience whatever emotion I happen to be feeling at the moment to the fullest extent that I can, whether that emotion be love or anger, happiness or sadness.
