I'm getting this costume but it's too small on everything but height.

The costume is a size:

Men's Small:
Height: 163-167cm
Chest: 90-92cm
Waist: 78-80cm
Hip: 91-93cm

My Size:
Height: 155cm
Chest: 97cm
Waist: 94cm
Hip: 99cm

Small is a few cm too tall but I plan to use it for times after Halloween so I'll probably get taller. Medium is 170cm and that's to big for me. The costume isn't really meant for being made shorter, like folding the legs and if I have to do that then I won't get it. I really like the costume, Can I lose 5 inches off my waist by next year?
