I start at the toe. Depending for where you live, either flat black shoes or a nice set of open-toed black heels. Obviously some nylons that would go well with a black-and-white polka dot dress, over your shoulders a white half-jacket, you know, the kind that is almost just sleeves only. A nice black small ladies' purse made from alligator hide (or faux alligator hide) would accent that well.
Of course the right make-up-job would go well with that as well, however, I know nothing of makeup.
However, I would accent the hair with a small black rose. Gives one the femme-fatale-look.Like (3)

Less is more, so I would say, have your hair done in a sleek upswept style, with just a small silver barrette at the back.
Tear drop earrings and a matching necklace on a silver chain.

well find a flowing elegant black dress thats long and silky and sleeveless.wear 3 inch long heal tat shows ur toes color can be silver and black.use deep red nail color.use silver accessories.tie ur hair high.make eyes stand out.lips red deep.here u go
