Go somewhere quiet, breath and sip water. Focus on a set mental image. Keeping breathing deeply. Shut your eyes if it helps. Sorry, I know they suck <3.

Yes, much better. Was able to eat a yogurt and take a shower. Feeling calmer. I realized I may be anxious for my eye exam tomorrow AM.

With all due respect, if you are having a random panic attack getting on a computer is the worst thing you can do. Find a place to sit, get you a good cold class of water, and pray. You will feel better soon. I hope everything is okay.

No, I understand. I am just saying if you are going through a legitimate panic attack, typing on a computer is not good for your condition. You have to find a place to calm down.
