First off, take a really deep breath and relax. You should go for a jog or something to clear you head and work off some of those nerves and then come back to it. Make a schedule, and then create a comprehensive checklist of all your duties (down to the very last hour). Tackle each test one at a time, and pick your battles. If you don't feel as stressed about one test then study a little bit each day for that one and there's one you're really concerned about then study a little more. You should chew some licorice or something while studying and during exams, the association of the strong smell of licorice while studying and taking exams will help with information recall.
If you haven't already I suggest you speak with someone at the student counselling center on campus, they are really well trained for this stuff. I went to them for something I was going through a few years back and they were very helpful. Also I don't know if it's your school's policy to do this but one of the first things they tell you before administering any exam is if you feel that there is ANYTHING preventing you from writing it to go see them that's what they're there for. The counselling center is there to help and they'll go above and beyond, and I've had more than one assignment deferred including an exam.
See a counselor or academic adviser at your university. Get an appointment with a Dr. to get an identification of anxiety or panic disorder. This will get you extra time for exams and help with your time management. Good luck. my daughter has panic disorder, and she is an honor student, so you can do this.
I used to have terrible anxiety, Just remember your healthy and if you already recognize you are having an anxiety attack, then your one step closer to curing the present feeling and squashing it. Simply call your friend and talk to em about it.,
Feeling anxious now is whats terrifying and the focus. Once you wake up tomorrow than go speak to your professor.
Dont worry you will always have another shot at them the coming new year should you not pass. Theres no race to getting on the treadmill and more than likly the jobs arnt there to fill anyway!
Pray and confess your problems to God and ask Him for help. Then start studying and you will be fine. :)
talking to someone at the university might help. try to relax and find something to do when you start freaking out. also take breaks when studying (real ones)
What would happen if you failed?
Medical attention darling. They can put you on drugs for that to help. Or yoga! Look up a sequence for anxiety. Good luck! I know you can do it!
