The first response said MS is terminal--It is not. I have MS and I have 3 kids who are all healthy. Just because someone has MS, does not mean they can't mother/father children. MS is a disease in which your body attacks the coating on the nerves in the brain--otherwise called Mylin.

Like the answer above me states, MS is not inherited. I am the only person in my entire family to have it. Is the man that your involved with on any kind of medication for his MS? There is no cure for MS but there are many interferon based medications that help keep symptoms of this unpredictable disease under control.

You might want to visit the national MS Society website to learn more about MS, particularly if you are thinking about having a child with someone who has MS.

MS is debilitating and terminal. You are so certain that you want to bring a child into this world under those circumstances. I can't say as I have ever heard that MS lowers a mans ***** count or makes a woman sterile. You really should discuss this with a medical professional and not take advice on this forum.

I'm no doctor, but I believe MS is strictly an issue of scarred brain outer membrane, causing interruption in the transmission of impulses. It LOOKS like it's widespread because of this, but the rest of bodily functions should work fine.

MS does not affect the ***** and shouldn't affect the ***** production.

I have MS, and I have given birth to 6 children. All are healthy, so my guess would be, YES. He would be. MS isnt considered an inherited disease, but more of environmental, viral type influence disease ~ no cure yet but hope one day... good luck
