I'm looking at laptops. What's better to have: a faster processor or more memory?

I have a choice between two Acer laptops that almost exactly alike. One has an i3 processor and 6gb of memory, and the other has an i5 processor and 4gb of memory. Which one should I get?

i3 > http://www.circuitcity.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2061197&CatId=4938

i5 >

What are the clocks on the i3 and i5? The i5 is better, but there are secondary stats that matter was well.
Better yet, just give me links and I'll tell you which is better.

The i5 laptop is much better, higher clocks and better secondary stats. And as others have said, it's very simple to upgrade the memory later if you want it to have 6GB or more.

Processor first, mem second. Better processor means better motherboard. Memory can come later.

Go for the i5, because its easier to upgrade the memory later than it is to change the processor. My work laptop has an i3, and 8GB of memory, but its still slow on some processes
