I like marsala sauce, just never had it with chicken liver. Must be quite rich tasting. What do I do, fry of the livers for a bit then add a jar of the sauce haha, yes real top notch chef here haha. Enjoy.
I just bought chicken livers and making chopped liver with them tomorrow; your recipe sound interesting.
