I used to keep a couple of big bags of frozen peas in the freezer (where else?)...I'd wrap them around my joints when I got home from the gym. I suppose a doctor suggested it. Big, flexible, and stays cold for a while.
The most important thing is not to eat them once they've been refrozen even once.

Use a packet of frozen peas - the wheat, rice etc that you use for those bags smells horrible.

well, you could try many things but I would bet you would end up using savoy truffle

    Cream tangerine and montelimar,
A ginger sling with a pineapple heart,
A coffee dessert, yes you know it’s good news,
But you’ll have to have them all pulled out after the savoy truffle.
Cool cherry cream and nice apple tart,
I feel your taste all the time we’re apart,
Coconut fudge really blows down those blues,
But you’ll have to have them all pulled out after the savoy truffle.
You might not feel it now
But when the pain cuts through you’re going to know, and how.
The sweat is gonna fill your head,
When it becomes too much you’ll shout aloud,
But you’ll have to have them all pulled out after the savoy truffle.
Know that what you eat you are,
But what is sweet now turns so sour.
    We all know ob-la-di-bla-da,
But can you show me where you are.

A coffee dessert, yes you know it’s good news,

A mixture of corn and rice? I would google it though ...don't want the muscle pack to explode in the microwave
