    Same im addicted to fb and ep but i deleted fb i didnt want to but i felt i had to but i have ep and limit myself to only go on it when i feel i have done something to deserve to go on it. I tend to keep my addiction to music just play it quitely as a background

    Well, I shall send you a file just copy it to your computer and you will never be able to use facebook or EP.. Even if you try so much... Thus, you can get rid of these sites.
