If it has been over 3 months, talk to a psychiatrist and try getting on some meds. It's not an easy step to take, going to the Dr and admitting your issues, but it is way better than suffering with depression.

I had to start a thankfulness journal to get out of feeling like this every day. It was a challenge to write 1,000 things I'm thankful for...no repeats. I'm at 300.
