I'm off to make chili. What's your favorite type chili?

I like using beef tips and red beans (yes, I like beans in my chili). We have canned tomatoes and dried peppers that we grew in our garden. I haven't even started and am hungry for some.

I make my chili with grass-fed ground beef, steak, and chourico sausage. Three types of beans. Five types of peppers, including habaneros. (no hot sauce). Diced tomatoes. Spices include chilli powder from Hatch, New Mexico. The only liquid ingredient is a bottle of stout beer.

    Not for the faint-hearted. ;-)

Did you mean Chorizo (which is themexican sausage we use here) instead of Chourico?

skyline type chili ! It's more like a sauce and has a little cinnamon in it.
you put it over spaghetti and add onions peppers cheese or what ever over the top.
    ... yummm.

It's a toss up between regular red chili with beef and some beans and chile verde.
