i suffer from depression, and i find going for walks, listening to music, writing down how i feel, reading or playing sports helps. the point is to keep your brain occupied.
Think of no one but yourself and try hard to get help for you.You don't need friends because sometimes they either don't understand, or they understand to an extent but at the same time they could get angry at you repeating the same issues over and say goodbye to you.
Personal experince, i am just way more crazy inside bunh of issues especailly with wanting suicide badly. I crave the feeling to knw what it's like to be dead to sleep and then just not know your dead but you are, i am addicted to it. sadly);
