Sorry, but my personal opinion is ***, it can be invogiorating "to help you cook, and maybe even eat the made food, or it can be draining, maybe even enough to help you just get to sleep. Either way, I hope you find your magic man ;-)
TImes like that call for a glass of milk and a piece of bread...no prep needed.
Check the fridge for leftovers.

Eat when you are not sleepy and sleep when you are not hungry
Eat a bowl of cereal
Keep crackers by the bed
eat bread or cookies- carbs make ya more sleepy. cereal will prob work too.
I guess your just going to have to lay there and die of starvation man how unfortunate

Spoon+peanutbutter=no longer hungry
Eat a protein bar and go to sleep
Turkey slices and cheese. Or a couple crackers
Get some ready- made foods and enjoy.
And keep a supply of them handy.
