Mood and life will always go up and down...just true. I was on a crazy high for 2 months after I kicked out my ex, as my life had changed so much for the better. I even went to a shrink to make sure i wasn't going bipolar, it was that much of a high and relief from the darker days. I encouraged every moment, but knew that it would pass or decrease in time...and it did. But I learned alot about myself in that time. Life is stressful now for me but have taken as much as I can with me so that i can battle the darker days.
