I was in a big city and witnessed a crime where a lot of people shot up a nightclub. I was out in the street when a car roared up and picked up one of the gunmen. For some reason, I still remember the tag number of the car. Should I use the number for the lottery?

    It's odd. I can still see the car - a Monte Carlo or something similar. Light colored with a vinyl top. And the tag number haunts me. lol
