I am disgusted by grammar nazis or any other nazi. They are rude and intolerant and have control issues. I block them and are free to block me

Some people write hieroglyphically, (hard to decipher; hard to read) Is it that hard to look up a word in the dictionary? Doctors especially, like to confuse a patient's intelligence by using words that a normal person wouldn't know. "The patient seems to be transtentorial, but I'm not a psychologist." ~ Well why would you be accusing the patient of something if this is not your field of expertise? I used to be tonus and then an Rx pill turned me clonus. He could not tell the difference, even though a neuro-surgeon should be able to determine the difference just by looking at you. Therfore he believes someone can sustain uncontrollable movements on purpose, because it's all in their head.
The clonus movements are from head to toe, how could he possibly not observe it and put it in the patient's record? They can't tell the difference between their head and a hole in the ground. If the doctor does not take good notes, the transcriber goes back to the last nero-exam, which stated , "Negative for clonus movements." I might as well be Delta Doe, an unnamed nobody. What would you do if they lied about you? You can check my grammar but what would be the answer to my question. Don Spelleto?
