Talking to people who truly understand can help a lot. Or reading about what others have found valuable. Thankfully there is much more available today and the stigma has morphed into concern and a desire for more knowledge ~ amongst intelligent, compassionate people, that is.
That's something only you and your doctor should conclude not random member responses!

I felt the same but in the other hand I have ptsd. (basically they have the same symptoms). Whatever I wrote above, this is what I do. The sadness & madness part comes for a reason.
