I'm trying to get back in shape, but I've been plagued by constant pain and it's frustrating. Not sure what to do.
I have been in physical therapy on and off for the last six years for various injuries related to my knee, hips, and back. I've also had surgery and have even visited numerous chiropractors and orthopedists. Nothing seems to work and I am in constant pain. I'm about to give up hope and accept that I will be a lump of lard for the rest of my life. It seems like my body is allergic to exercise. What else can I try?
