If your eating high protein like me ohhh you will be just fine..just have to cut out any garbage like high carbs that make your body sluggish. I been going strong for 4 months now eating this way and I have more energy then a teenager on steroids lol :) Ohhh and I average about 4 hrs a night...one day during the week I might sleep for about 9 hours....

Why. Sleep is your souls way of rebooting and if you don't it's going to get clutters and slow down. The pop up thought in your head will weigh you down and depression and lack of get up and go will fill your long empty waking moments. But its your life.
