Talk to someone, even if it's on here. Just saying what you are having a problem with, helps a little. You are not alone in how you are feeling. Trust me, I'm 45 and have found a great deal of support here. and it helps to be someone who can listen to others. sometimes what you say to someone will help you in the end.

Talk to someone immediately. I know you might feel like they won't want to help, but they will. If you feel like there's no one in your life to talk to, call 1-800-273-8255. It's a suicide hotline, the people will help you that's what they're there for. I'm here too if you need someone, be strong you can make it through this :)

I feel that way today too. The thing I hang onto every day is that tomorrow is always a new start to make it better. So I hang on to hope. Talk your problems out here, it does help.

You only think you are falling. God's hands are reaching out to you, as well as other humanly hands. Don't be afraid to enlist the help of others to rise you up. You have your faith and determination to grab onto. Don't give up - your future can be bright if only you will believe and be patient for the clouds to part.
