I listen to the meditation podcast until I fall asleep. They are good! But may you also want to drink warm milk and honey, hot tea or some type of comfort food to help you chill.

It's the electronic glow of the light. Kills melatonin production in your brain. TV, a really boring channel isn't so bad, but a book is best. I find.
And I hope your life situation becomes less stressful for you in the very near future, Maybe a trip to the ocean, or a mountain retreat. That is what I do.

Either do something to get the things I'm stressing about out of mind or just sit there stressing until I fall asleep. I find writing things down really helps get rid of stress, plus it can help you fix the problems you're inevitably having when you wake up.
