This might come as a surprise but some people don't like being tickled. If you tried to tickle me, for example, I would most likely punch you in the side of the head. I do not like being tickled it's not fu(king funny, it's a fu(king nuance and I don't give a toss who you are. I'll punch your fuc*in lights outs. There's your answer.
