one way i hear to substitute one habit for another eg exercise , heating healthy and volunteeering and helping others<br />
also if you study high school ged or college and/or work it should keep you mostly occupied <br />
whether it be a paid job and/or volunteering....
i'm addicted to candy. Been tryin to quit but it keeps coming back :P
