High maintenance=money, cocktail parties, polo
Low maintenance= jeans, hiking, ball games

I'm low maintenance .. or I think so....

I wear makeup everyday... but it takes less than 5 minutes to apply.

I expect my partner to be ready by the time I am...

Is building maintenance a choice?

mopping, wiring, stoking the boiler, grounds keeping,

salting the walks, buffing,....er.
