i'm rational, my emotions can never be trusted.

Best Answer

I use both....can you really seperate the two?

Best Answer

Reason doesn't exist without emotions and there would be no motivation to decide what is right and wrong without emotions.

I'm like Spock in all my decisions, I use reason for most things, but like Spock I let some emotion leak through if the emotion is strong or alien enough for me to rationalize it out.

Mostly I go with my gut instinct...so I suppose that's ba<x>sed on emotion...

Best Answer

It's hard to completely divorce anything from emotion, but it doesn't help to have rationality back up your convictions.

Depends on the issue - If it's something I feel strongly towards then it's often clouded by emotion but if it's an issue that I can distance myself from (if that makes sense) then it's more rational in thought.
