In deciding what's right or wrong, are you rational or you decide based on emotion?

Reason doesn't exist without emotions and there would be no motivation to decide what is right and wrong without emotions.

I'm like Spock in all my decisions, I use reason for most things, but like Spock I let some emotion leak through if the emotion is strong or alien enough for me to rationalize it out.

It's hard to completely divorce anything from emotion, but it doesn't help to have rationality back up your convictions.

Depends on the issue - If it's something I feel strongly towards then it's often clouded by emotion but if it's an issue that I can distance myself from (if that makes sense) then it's more rational in thought.

Deciding based primarily on emotion with a side helping of rationale.
