    I can't really recall any highs. But my lowest low was the day my mother died.

    I cannot say what the high point might have been, but my lowest would be when I saw my best friend dead on the table.

    My highest high is something that I can't remember at this moment. My lowest low was when I started cutting myself, but now I stop and my scars have long faded away.
